When you submit a Request Information enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, email address and the course you're interested in.
If you go on to complete a full registration, we additionally collect: date of birth, full address, Unique Learner Number (if known), prior qualifications/experience, employer and funding details (where relevant), and identity/supporting documents you upload (such as proof of ID or address).
We use your enquiry details to contact you about the course(s) you're interested in — this is necessary for our legitimate interests in responding to your enquiry, and to take steps at your request before entering into a course registration (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
We use full registration details to identify you, assess eligibility, and pass the necessary information to the accredited training centre responsible for registering you with the relevant awarding body — this is necessary to perform that registration at your request (Article 6(1)(b)), and to comply with the record-keeping requirements of awarding bodies and regulators such as Ofqual (Article 6(1)(c)).
Where you opt in separately, we use your email to send you marketing about other courses — this is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
We share your registration details with the specific accredited training centre delivering your chosen course — one of our approved partner centres, who register you directly with the relevant awarding body (for example LCL Awards or Pearson VUE). We'll tell you which centre this is before you complete your registration.
We also use the following service providers to run this platform: Airtable (form submissions and candidate records storage), Google Analytics (website analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies), and our website hosting provider. .
We do not sell your personal data.
